18. Harry Reid changed the rules for all non-Supreme Court federal judges in 2013

Mitch McConnel expanded it to Supreme Court nominees in 2021. Before each of those rule changes, it would take 60 votes to confirm if anyone filibustered.

For the record, I agree with both rule changes. I like when a simple majority confirms.
