Inflation adjusted. Ken Starr swept up everybody in his investigation. And made people’s lives miserable. My sister-in-law‘s sister had to get a lawyer because she had worked with Hillary in the East wing (remember that?) for a few months. She didn’t know anything about any of Hillary’s law firm receipts.
