It's from 2017, but the notion of more of us incorporating the identity of "Citizen Lobbyists" as part of who we are -- not just for a better society, but for our own wellbeing as engaged people finding meaning -- is what I think this country needs more than anything. People are tired of being treated as ATMs, but don't have a sense of what they can do to shape their government or otherwise help create a better society.
