I don't think 47 cares if the Comey and/or James cases are dismissed as vindictive [View all]
Aside from dismissal, Comey doesn't have much recourse. Federal tort claims for malicious prosecution or abuse of power are specifically barred. And prosecutors effectively have absolute immunity.
So, from 47's perspective, since he can't be sued, there is no downside. If the cases are dismissed, it just gives him another accusation of "radical left judges" to add to his litany.
