The message was to remind previous voters to go vote (and don’t be intimidated ) . The your vote is private is geared to those people ( mostly women ) who think that a family member will find out who they voted for. The last line is to clarify that the ONLY public information is that you Voted .

I thought it was odd, too. But the information we had that these messages have been tested to be effective with specific groups of people.
