The whole enterprise is yet another trumpian tip jar with the incentive to the more feeling donors that they don’t want the scar to persist. So, yeah, the destruction is the point.

The tiny handed vulgarian has already moved on to his next tip jar arch which will meet the same fate of only existing on donor lists.
