...was $192 billion.
So, the $130 million seems ridiculous.
But, I haven't seen the $130 billion figure.
Besides, where would they get 2/3rds of a year of salary out over thin air?
The cash flow isn't there, so if the $130 billion is true, it's an empty promise that can't be kept.
