"The "Ballroom"dimensions don't add up" [View all]

This is the headline to a diary entry dated 10/24/25 from revrick2 posted over on Daily Kos. It references a Facebook post from an experienced architect who points out some of the many things that don't "add up" about this abomination ballroom aka Epstein Hall.

The stated cost for the square footage is enormously way over anything that would be expected. The claimed square footage doesn't match the renderings being shown and the interior rendering and exterior rendering are wildly off for square footage for each other. Think of it like a broom closet inside a basketball court.

A few conclusions are reasonable to draw from all of this. One is that the amount of money being "donated" to this supposed trust administered by Crumb The 1st is way in excess of anything needed to build Epstein Hall as depicted in the renderings. So the balance is likely bribe money for access and favors and will end up in his pockets.

Another reasonable conclusion is that this project for Epstein Hall is not something that even has a firm set of plan drawings, project scope and construction schedule with materials procurement completed etc. So this leads to the reasonable conclusion that the money may be flowing without any real assurance that it is going towards Epstein Hall.

We can be sure of the following as reasonable conclusions for Epstein Hall also. We won't be allowed to know how much is actually "given" aka total bribes, we won't be allowed to know where the money goes and we won't be allowed to know how much "fundraising/ticket sales" aka total bribes are brought in at events held at Epstein Hall and where the money goes.

It's not just the dimensions, renderings and cost that look crooked.
