Senate CAN end shutdown at any time [View all]

Thom Hartmann has been pointing out for quite awhile that the republicans in the senate have suspended the 60 vote rule ( it is a rule, not a law ) many times. For judges etc. They can suspend that rule at any time and pass a budget resolution.
Obviously, they want this shutdown.
Not hard to explain. HEY PBS , NPR , IT’s not hard to understand or explain ! The republicans can literally end the shutdown at any time.
