30. ETA has been on the ground in Florida

There is a good video of an interview of Nathan of ETA, which includes data about Florida. Working on the ground in Florida, Alison, Nathan Taylor of ETA and others looked at actual voter registration databases. Russia accessed voter registration databases in 2016 in St Lucie County, Florida, and possibly throughout the country. For the 2024 election, the group found precincts in St Lucie County where more than 100% of the registered voters were voting, similar to what is listed here regarding Miami-Dade and Palm Beach Counties. Also, people whose only address was UPS illegally voted. With information about voter registrations, voters could also be removed from the database.

Another issue of concern that Nathan mentioned is the software update of the tabulators before the 2024 election. The update was performed by Pro V&V. The update may have eliminated security features. If the security features are disabled, any changes to the tabulators could go unnoticed.
