George W. Bush has been accused of war crimes by various human rights organizations and legal experts, and symbolic "guilty" verdicts have been issued by unofficial tribunals; however, he has never been formally charged or prosecuted by an international court, such as the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague, or any national court.
