Though interracial, THAT is the difference here. Obergerfell v. Hodges will likely be overturned and same sex couples will once again be targeted, thrown in jail, or camps like in Nazi Germany.

Clarence Thomas has benefited from EVERYTHING that promoted more racial equality be it Brown v. Board of Education, the Voting Rights Act, the Civil Rights Act, Affirmative Action, even Loving v. Virginia.

Clarence Thomas is a taker in every aspect of the word.
