So whatever happened to TSF's "concepts of a health plan"? [View all]
He's been talking about this without doing a single thing about it for at least 14 years. He has no idea what the ACA is, just that Obama created something great which helps a lot of people. And they call it obamacare, which he really hates.
All that talk of "repeal and replace" is just more bluster. But if I were a MAGAT I would be really angry.
