4. Glad it is being replayed, it is sobering, BUT

in the small towns this is happening in THEY show up and begin their SELL. Jobs, income, expansion etc. People, some at least buy into it, and when they realize what they did to their town, it is too late. State cant touch THEM, no laws exist really. Towns dont have the funding to stop THEM. And it spreads, out to other states and towns.
First rule in fracking seems to be, DONT ALLOW THEM IN THE 1ST PLACE!!!!
