A real doctor who has administered the test that #rump is so proud of passing says it's neither an IQ test or aptitude test, but a dementia screening test, and that of the many hundreds he's given, most people have passed (as I should hope), and that a perfect score (if #rump actually did that) is not at all rare, although elderly people tend to do poorly on the memory tests.
