19. The complication is not caving doesn't have a clear path to keeping the subsidies

The sad truth is we care more that government open and work than they do.

It may be we need to push people with Republican representatives to demand they keep the subsidies. That won't be easy, but we need more than Democrats to keep them. Even then, they need to be included in a must pass bill that Trump won't veto. Being in the minority stinks.
