First date, and she's thinking of a diamond and happy-ever-after. First date and he asks about credit. Both seem to be way too far ahead of the game.

He asked about a credit score, and claimed it was "his deal-breaker". This is kind of odd, and could have been an opening for more conversation. Did he pull this question from a web site about dating? Did he get burned in the past? Is his grandmother suggesting the question?

So the music stopped for Ms LaShawn. The diamond turned to coal. No future with Mr GoodTeeth. It's a first date, lighten up. Mistakes happen.
