Is coming from the JE estate which only redacts the victims, it appears. This should be compared to any redacted version we get from the doj.

There are others in our government who are also perps in this so they feel the need to protect themselves. Wouldn't be surprised to find unexpected names of now ancient members in there, members who have hung to their seats to run the protection racket.
