No they don't. If you think being present with Epstein in the presence of girls who have accused him of rape means they had to "participate", then you must believe Bill Clinton "participated" as well since he was present on a plane with Epstein and young girls for super long flights to Africa.

I believe if Clinton were guilty of that he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. However, I don't believe he is guilty. And I believe Virginia Giuffre 100% when she said she never observed any wrongdoing from Trump.
