should absolutely be sued. The AI platforms should be made to get a signature or acknowledgement from whoever is using their platform, to affirm they are not using a real person in their presentation before allowing the person to use their system.

I don't know enough about the law governing slander, but the legislators sure do. There has to be some restriction against the use of an individual's likeness without their consent.
