I'm not all that interested in the nuts and bolts behind his minions telling him it won't work, but you can read about it here:

This MAY be the first article I've seen where it says he plans to do it in the middle of 2026, "BEFORE THE MIDTERMS," even if they stop short of accusing him of vote-buying, but we know that's the EXACT reason why he's pimping this "concept of a plan."
