Yesterday

Even if he "takes the blame". Nobody who swings from Trump's nuts is going to be held accountable for ANYthing in the next 3 years. He could even outright say "Yup, it was my call" and Hegseth will say "Great, now carry on Admiral!" and that will be that. The prosecutors at the Pentagon won't do squat, and by the time 3 years passes, nobody will care anymore.
