30. A 500 mile trip is pretty easy in an EV these days.

Most EVs these days have 300-ish mile ranges and can charge in about 30 minutes. Plus fast charging is now very common. It is quite easy to do 500 miles in most parts of the country.

I just did a 1000+ mile trip up the west coast in mine. Chargers were very easy to find/use.
