gone are the bad old days when FISA was controversial, now it sails through with barely anyone caring.

Before the summer of 2008, FISA was an issue that captivated DU. But the second it became undeniable that Barack Obama supported it, DU lost all interest.

Now THAT is power. Not the power of the presidency, because he wasn't president, but the power of personality.
