3. The people just don't trust the DOJ. I wonder why.

I am in NO way suggesting a true bill should have been returned, just commenting that the DOJ’s credibility is damaged. This is a bit frightening. I can envision a future in which the DOJ cannot get a legitimate indictment through a grand jury.
