This is a sole source contract since only Junior has the depth and breadth of experience to handle a deal of this magnitude. Ahem. Hard to believe, but Junior is even more stupid (stupider?) than his father - and he does a lot more cocaine. How are these horrible incompetent people being allowed to steal the wealth of our country with absolutely no pushback?
