What was the path? Public pressure is the same.

The two most important inflection points that I see were when we put only a 3 year extension on the extended subsidies in 2022 and then the 2024 elections. Change either of those and the path is obviously much easier. But we didn't use our majority effectively enough in 2022 and now we're trying to use being in the minority to leverage that.
