8. I feel the VA has treated me fairly throughout the process

I was classified 100% for a little more than two years and after radiation treatment and apparent improvement I'll be reclassified at 20% unless the malignancy returns. Without the PACT ACT I doubt I would have ever know of my exposure for the year I was on the DMZ.
