Where is the Senate GOP healthcare plan? [View all]

Today was supposed to be the day it was going to be released by Sen. Majority Leader Thune? Also he was supposed to allow a vote on the Democratic Party plan. Silence on both parts from Thune. Why is no one in the news saying a peep about the lack of a plan from Thune? Even AP news which tends to be among the most balanced is not pursuing this story.
