out of business by keeping prices low for a while, and then running in, scooping up what small time oil producers have failed due to low prices paid for their oil revenues. It's happened before.

And then later, after the big shot oil producers have cleaned up a bit, scooped up a few more small time producers, they'll revert things back to normal prices.
