22. You got this my friend. I had a heart attack on the freeway doing 75 in rush hour this past April.

Somehow, by all that vibrates on my wave length I survived and now have 2 stents.

The technology and medicines for this are extremely good nowadays...heal, follow instructions and do the cardio rehab program if they offer it...

I started light cardio in the rehab program about 2 weeks after my HT...

Keep at it, live long and prosper.
