They are and have been attacking from within with the help of Donald Trump and a host of complicit Republicans, aka Traitors.

Russian TV announcers refer to Trump as The Destroyer. That would be The Destroyer of the United States and the Western Alliance. The despots, dictators, authoritarians around the world are rubbing their hands in anticipation of our demise.
