Thune, Scalise, Cotton and Scott will retrieve their backbones currently collecting dust in the closets since first jobbing trump, and spend about a year pretending to be kingmakers before they too, fail, fumble, and finally fall.

When trump gets placed in a dementia-living facility, I think his faithful sycophants will have been seen burning too many bridges among the GOP to have any lasting tenure of note or measure.
