his mixed up, delusional stories.
Alzheimer's brings confusion and forgetting. But Trump is confabulating – mixing things together and believing that. I'm not even sure it's lying if he really believes it.

FTD on its own is tragic:

The grandiosity that once had a shred of calculation now comes out as unfiltered delusion.
