Make an official White House announcement (big press conference, maybe even in the Oval office) in which the POS is described as

too tacky and unattractive to be up to the standards of the White House
poorly designed, constructed, and decorated
cheap in both quality and appearance
lowers the real estate value of the White House (even though this is irrelevant, its a direct dig at him)

Any other description (which will be, of course, 100% true) that clearly insults his taste and imagined skills.
