19. We once had the cedar waxwings stop off in our back yard back in the 80's.

Thursday

They filled our crabapple tree and the ground underneath it just like the picture here! I had never seen one before and I though it was a flock of parrots they were so beautiful!

It was about 5:45 in the a.m. as I was just heading out to work. I woke my husband up out of a dead sleep, and he got out our fancy camera and took a ton of pics! He was as shocked as I was. The pictures are here somewhere in our basement in a storage box. This picture in our photo contest sure brought back memories of a really exciting experience!
