20. Not bad enough, I fear...

If there is anything short of an acute, devastating health event, I firmly believe he will stop at NOTHING to exact revenge on whomever he perceives is causing him distress--even if it hurts his family and even HIMSELF in the aftermath. I don't think he can move past the perceived "release" from DOING the act, no matter how harmful, and that might well include devastating incitements of war. Pulling the US from NATO? Tactical nukes against his latest country target? Who knows, but I certainly don't think he would stop at the warnings from whoever is left around him.

Honestly, if he had any true patriots around him who remain so, I'd hope they would step in. Maybe if he NEEDS medication (dementia symptom reduction, for example-consensus of his physicians) that he refuses, there would be some means to get him to take it. No. I certainly am not even remotely suggesting someone harm him medically...But, he might well refuse medication that maintains his "sanity," and emotional "controls"--whatever is left

But I fear anything short of a devastating personal health event that precludes his acting in retaliation puts us all at immense risk in the coming days, weeks, and months.
