Two things the Epstein episode teaches us: [View all]

1. Wealthy, powerful men will cover for each other when it comes to women and girls. They believe that a man's career is sacred and nothing should ever happen to damage that. When it comes to rape and abuse against young girls, they don't care enough to report it. And basically they think they are ENTITLED to any kind of sex they want.

2. Wealthy, powerful men are not subject to the same laws as everyone else. Trump is the prime example. He's been breaking and skirting the law his entire life, and has never been held accountable (except for the E. Jean Carroll case). He breaks the laws boldly because there have never been any consequences.

Wealthy, powerful men can rape children without consequence. At least so far.
