Lies mass-produced by "AI" bots. Flooding the zone with BS, as Bannon put it.

Much easier and cheaper than taking over the papers, the networks, and the publishers, and faster and more effective too. (Though they're still aiming to do those, too.)

Those who can discern truth from lies must still struggle to separate the wheat from the chaff, while those who can't (or don't really bother to) fill up on chaff/BS/Kool-aid/lies.

I've always been a voracious reader, and continue to be so. But the turnaround time on books is long -- a few months at least. And crap on the Internet is usually free of charge.
