This regime may yet blunder into WWIII if they pick a fight with a nuclear armed country just to appear to be tough guys. By these actions they are signaling to the world that they must be well armed to fend off American aggression. And what if all the threatened Latin American nations formed a NATO-like alliance with China? They are heating up a possible new cold war in our hemisphere.
