He, the Minister of Chaos and Crimes is not leading the country in my opinion.... He is just the Master of Ceremonies kind of guy...the Host of this Shit Show. He does possess all the sentiments of an abusive narcissist and displays them daily.... but the scheme of the big picture is not his... He is only motivatd from gaining money any way he can.... Miller uses this craving addiction effectively.
