Ron De Sepsis is a Republican. Like all Republicans, he'll never pass up a chance to lie, cheat, and steal. In his fevered mind, Floridians are livestock to be fleeced, slaughtered, or both. Republicans are sociopaths, otherwise they wouldn't BE Republicans, so De Sepsis has zero regard for his constituents' health and welfare.
