60. I was laid off in Jan. 2010

I saw it coming, and had already applied for the job I have now.

It STILL took a year for them to hire me.

But thanks to Obama and the Democrats I had a meager $300/wk to survive the wait.

Repuglicans would have had me starve out and take a job at 711, probably unable to show up for work in decent clothes and not sick from malnutrition when I finally went to work at a living wage, again.

I'm doing a happy dance, for you. A former co-worker is still unemployed after almost 3 years, so I'm glad you found a job you like and are proud to have. (I did, too.)

So don't take this as anything else but "CONGRATULATIONS!"

But, God, I fucking hate Republicans.
