Take a break from that friend? Likely a good LONG break. It sucks to lose friends but from some experience, many of us have had, she will never stop and if you wish to remain somewhat in touch it is best to make some kind of a cut for a while until you can make her understand you do NOT WANT TO HEAR THAT.
