or he doesn't want to admit it. It does seem very unlikely that any of Trump's outrageous promises can be achieved with the rest of the Maduro administration still running Venezuela. What has changed?

It sure doesn't look like the US is running Venezuela or US oil companies doing anything with their oil or whatever MAGA thinks is going to happen.
