Following the Community Guidelines is part of the contract Bluesky expects individuals to follow if they want to keep their accounts active and their content visible.

They are an open source platform and have a broad range of labeler bots programmed to flag, aka label, content shared on the site for a variety of reasons.

I don't believe that anyone "...needs to let Bluesky know..." what to do and how to be the "good" guys. But if you have specific suggestions or concerns you can share them via email.
