She did say that the ICE goons got the person they were after. It sounds like there might have been more than one vehicle of agents, as she made one comment about 'they kept circling (the block) until they knew they had him before they stopped. They came by to survey the wreckage but then went on their way'. There's no way the vehicle that hit their car could have driven on. It was T boned into the side of the friend's truck and the front tires were flat. She posted photos but I don't want to repost or link in case she could be ID'd by anyone out there.

I'm assuming they got contact info from whoever was driving, and there at the time of the crash, otherwise how would they know it was ICE. Many people commented on her post recommending she contact her Congressperson, police, etc. Crazy stuff.
