that many of them are white supremacists, have criminal records themselves, and are rushing into these jobs for the sole purpose of shooting at, or killing, brown people who they hate, and blame for their underpaid, uneducated, miserable lives.
It's a giant "Get Out of Jail Free" card for mentally disturbed racists, and they can't wait to hit the streets so they can hunt down brown people.
