I think this is just par for the course, and nothing will be changing on our slide into fascism. Let me know when Governors and mayors start sending the national guard and the local PD to protect people from ICE. That could be a tipping point.

When I see local PD standing with their backs to protestors and their weapons towards the violent RW thugs endangering the nation, I will start to believe theres a chance of turning this around. Otherwise, we are just sitting in a kids tobaggan, having experienced the kiddy ski slopes of previous Republican administrations without jumping off or stopping, having somehow jumped over to the advanced ski slope of fascism, picking up speed towards the cliff at the bottom.
