However, Prof Lecun is one of the very few people who potentially has my support. I have never had to think strategically and I dislike it. It is for warriors and heroes, not frumpy catladies finally exasperated to the point of saying that “Okay cut this shit out. I am taking targeted legal action deliberately, but with support.”

And my guess is rabble like me have to make some concessions to the elite and I chose Lecun as someone who is a model for an ai scientist I can forgive because he is not an opportunistic coward or grifter (all the money and influence in the world won’t work with awake rabble with deeply democratic instincts).
